Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe has hinted he is not ready to join Real Madrid.
The French forward is reportedly on the shortlist of all of Europe’s top sides, with Madrid believed to be among his suitors.
However, the 18-year-old has cooled talk of a summer switch to the Bernabeu by admitting that Real Madrid is for players at their peak.
“[Real Madrid] is for players at the top of their careers and I am not yet,” he is quoted as saying in AS.
“Madrid? For now I am at Monaco, let’s go little by little.”
